Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Metallurgy qualified with 5–10 years of relevant experience in handling hydraulic machines, CNC machines, and metallurgical material procurement. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of machine operations and a good understanding of various engineering and metallurgical materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and operate hydraulic machines and ensure smooth machine functioning.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for hydraulic machine-related activities.
- Operate and monitor CNC machines and understand basic CNC machining processes.
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Handle procurement/purchase of metallurgical and engineering materials.
- Identify and select appropriate materials based on technical and project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing, quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Verify material specifications, grades, and quality as per technical requirements.
- Maintain records related to material purchases, machine operations, and inventory.
- Coordinate with quality, production, and engineering teams to resolve material and machining-related issues.




- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of hydraulic machines.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and handling.
- Good understanding of metallurgical materials, grades, and applications.
- Experience in material purchase/procurement and vendor coordination.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and material requirements.
- Good knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in hydraulic machinery and CNC machine handling is preferred.
- Experience in metallurgical material procurement will be an added advantage.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.
