We are looking for an experienced Advocate to lead our income-tax appellate work.

What you'll do

- Draft grounds of appeal, written submissions and paper books
- Represent matters before the CIT(A) and ITAT
- Assist on High Court matters, including writs and appeals
- Guide the team on case law and litigation strategy

What we're looking for

- Enrolled Advocate with 3-5 years' experience in income-tax appeals before the CIT(A) and ITAT
- High Court experience preferred
- Robust drafting and oral advocacy skills

Full-time association; terms of engagement to be discussed. Immediate joining preferred.
