About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch In-Charge (Sales Manager) to lead the operations and sales performance of our branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Home Appliances, Furniture, Consumer Durables, Electronics, or Retail Showroom industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive business growth through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Take ownership of branch profitability and key performance indicators.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of sales executives and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and showroom presentation standards.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Home Appliances, Furniture, Consumer Durables, Electronics, or Retail Showroom industry.
- Prior experience in branch operations, showroom management, or sales management.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
