Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities including civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to achieve timely completion of tasks.

2. Drawing Interpretation & Implementation

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report them to senior engineers or consultants.

3. Material & Manpower Management

- Plan and monitor material requirements based on project schedules.
- Ensure optimal material usage to minimize wastage.
- Oversee labor teams, foremen, and subcontractor workforce.

4. Quality Control

- Conduct quality checks for RCC, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes and QA/QC procedures.
- Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate approvals with consultants.

5. Progress Tracking & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site documentation such as logs, inspection records, and permits.

6. Coordination with Other Teams

- Coordinate with MEP (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) and other teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper sequencing of activities to avoid rework or delays.

7. Site Safety Compliance





- Enforce safety standards including PPE usage, scaffolding safety, and barricading.
- Report unsafe conditions or near-miss incidents to the safety team.

8. Issue Resolution

- Resolve routine technical issues at the site level.
- Escalate complex design or execution issues to senior management.

9. Subcontractor Supervision

- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Verify measurements and completed work for billing purposes.

10. Testing & Handover Support

- Assist in pre-commissioning tests (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure during project handover.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction site execution

Key Skills

- Robust knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (Civil, Structural, MEP)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of IS codes and quality standards
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects
- Familiarity with project management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Quality Control: 5 years (Preferred)
