We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and have the ability to persuade and convert leads effectively.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Convince and persuade customers regarding products/services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Valuable convincing and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
