- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
- Make welcome calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, bookings, and test drives.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in DMS/CRM.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and follow-up calls.
- Support the team in achieving customer retention and sales targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly follow-up reports.
- Maintain skilled communication and excellent customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
