About the Company: Established in 2004, Aryeman Energycon is a leading provider of advanced machinery, consultancy, and specialized chemical solutions (like Soiltac and Burntac) for the brick manufacturing industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our telesales team and manage key client relationships. You will drive revenue by guiding team performance and directly closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of telesales executives to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Client Management: Handle key client accounts, present solutions, and close business deals.




- Track Performance: Monitor call metrics, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
- Sales Strategy: Optimize calling scripts and lead management processes to maximize sales.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in any stream.
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (team handling experience preferred).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
