Overview

The M&A; Integration IT Project Analyst is responsible for supporting technology integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions. This role supports the primary IT lead for GBS integrations, managing multiple projects simultaneously and partnering across Business, Operations, IT teams to ensure successful integration outcomes. This position will support the overall integration plan, application and infrastructure migration strategy, stakeholder alignment, and execution of technology workstreams from discovery through project completion.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end IT integration efforts for merger and acquisition projects.
- Serve as an IT point of contact for GBS integration initiatives.
- Develop, manage, and execute integration project plans, timelines, and priorities in conjunction with Senior Project Manager.
- Partner with resources from all levels of business to drive successful integrations.




- Collaborate application and infrastructure discovery, assessment, and As-Is/To-Be planning activities.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and key integration decisions.
- Coordinate technology and data migrations and transition activities.
- Create project status updates.
- Ensure integrations are delivered on schedule with minimal business disruption.

About you

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably supporting M&A;, integrations, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of application portfolios, system migrations, and technology integrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Proven ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with confidence and credibility at all organizational levels, including senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools, and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions within the insurance, financial services, or professional services industry.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
- Experience with application rationalization, cloud migrations, and enterprise technology platforms.
