Job Location: Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 5:50 PM

We are looking for a responsible and confident Telecaller to join our team.

The position offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional visits to our office for team meetings and coordination.

Responsibilities

- Make phone calls and communicate with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the team regarding daily work.

Requirements

- Candidate must have their own laptop.
- A reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection is required.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Ability to work independently and maintain regular working hours.
- Must be willing to visit the office at Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West,
- Work Schedule
- Regular work will be performed remotely from home.
- Office attendance will be required only once or twice a month for short meetings.
- Working hours: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 plus commission depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
