Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the branch sales team and achieve overall branch sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and supporting sales team members through regular field visits and effective sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve branch sales targets through effective team management and execution.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales team members.
- Work closely with the sales team in the field to improve sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market activities, product availability, distribution, and sales growth.
- Ensure effective market coverage and customer relationship management.
- Review daily sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Identify business opportunities and support the team in expanding market reach.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales.




- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets through a sales team.
- Good knowledge of market operations, distribution, and sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel and actively participate in fieldwork.
- Valuable communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and target-driven professional who can lead the sales team, work alongside team members in the field, and drive branch growth through effective sales execution.
