Job Title: Senior Architect / Project Architect

Experience: Minimum 5 Years | Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Education: B.Arch (Mandatory) | Registration: Valid COA Registration (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect with at least 5 years of experience to lead architectural design, detailed technical drawings, consultant coordination, and site monitoring from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Drawings: Prepare architectural concepts, detailed working/construction drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and MEP/Structural/Civil consultants.
- Compliance & Approvals: Ensure designs comply with NBC, local building bye-laws, and regulations; assist in securing statutory approvals.
- Site & Quality Management: Conduct site visits,



resolve design/execution issues, monitor implementation, and ensure quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation across multiple ongoing projects.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Mandatory: B.Arch degree, valid COA Registration, and 5+ years of hands-on architectural design & execution experience.
- Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory). Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D visualization software is an advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, construction details, and multi-disciplinary project coordination.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
