Job Description – Senior Design Manager

- Lead and manage electrical design activities for large-scale commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve SLDs, load schedules, cable schedules, lighting, earthing, power distribution, and electrical layouts.
- Review electrical load calculations, short-circuit studies, voltage drop, cable sizing, transformer, DG, and equipment sizing.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with IS, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NBC and client/project requirements.
- Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other disciplines.
- Lead design reviews and resolve technical issues, design clashes, and coordination challenges.
- Manage and guide electrical design engineers, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, vendor drawings, equipment datasheets, and technical submittals.
- Support project execution, testing & commissioning, and resolve site-related electrical design issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors,



and senior management to ensure timely delivery of quality engineering designs.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in Electrical Design Engineering/Design Management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, HT/LT systems, lighting, earthing, ELV, and electrical equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; knowledge of Dialux, MS Project, or Primavera is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, design management, technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
