About the Role
Titan Dynamics is looking for a Revit Structural BIM Modeler to produce accurate, coordinated structural models and drawing sets for our projects.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Develop detailed 3D structural models in Autodesk Revit for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls
- Produce 2D drawing sets: GA plans, rebar detailing sheets, sections, and schedules
- Build and modify standard structural Revit families
- Link architectural and MEP models and help resolve clashes
- Extract material take-offs and schedules from BIM models
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in Revit Structure, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
