Hundred Learning App is looking for a Marketing Assistant / Growth Associate to support our marketing and growth activities.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and interested in digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a good opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
- Support social media content planning and posting.
- Create basic marketing content, captions, and promotional materials.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Track marketing campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, content, design, and operations teams.
- Help organize promotional activities, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in testing new ideas to improve user engagement and growth.
- Maintain marketing records and campaign data.
- Support other marketing and growth initiatives as assigned.

Skills Required





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Good writing and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other marketing tools is a plus.
- Internship or project experience in marketing, sales, social media, or business development is an advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
