Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day MEP site operations, schedules, and resource mobilization (manpower, materials, and machinery).
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety (HSE) standards, and project specifications.
- Design & Coordination: Review shop drawings, coordinate BIM/CAD layouts, and resolve site technical clashes or RFIs.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track the project financial performance, manage sub-contractor billings, and control cost variables.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Experience: 10 years+] of proven experience in MEP project management within commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
- Certifications: PMP or PE licensing is a solid plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC design, electrical load calculations, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and contract laws.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
