Job Summary:

Libin Tours and Travels is a Current Zealand-based international tour operator delivering custom travel solutions and curated holiday itineraries. We are hiring an experienced, full-time Travel Operations Consultant based in Kerala, India, to join our team.

This role is responsible for executing international and domestic airfare bookings, customizing tour itineraries, and handling end-to-end client support.

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Remote / Off-site (Candidates must reside in Kerala, India)
- Schedule: Day shift / Standard Business Hours

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue domestic and international flight reservations and airfare bookings via GDS platforms.
- Create, price, and sell customized international holiday itineraries to clients.
- Manage end-to-end client communications, reservation changes, and travel inquiries.




- Ensure accurate documentation and delivery of travel services before, during, and after trips.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of corporate experience in ticketing, reservation management, or tour operations.
- GDS Expertise: Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus required).
- Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with international travel destinations, fare rules, and routing.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
