Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager who can take care of our online sales and advertising across all e-commerce shopping platforms. The role will involve managing product listings, running and optimizing ad campaigns, tracking daily sales and performance, and working towards improving ROAS and overall revenue. The person will also handle customer queries and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize product listings across major e-commerce shopping platforms to improve visibility, conversions, and sales.

* Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Myntra marketplaces, including day-to-day sales and performance monitoring.

* Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across all platforms to drive sales and revenue.





* Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords, targeting and campaigns to maximize ROAS.

* Track and analyze daily sales, orders, revenue, ad spend, ROAS and campaign performance.

* Identify underperforming campaigns/products and implement corrective strategies to improve overall performance.

* Monitor marketplace performance and ensure products are properly listed, updated and optimized.

* Handle customer queries and escalations (CSE) related to online orders and marketplace customers, coordinating with the concerned teams for resolution.

Required Skills

* Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Myntra

* Strong knowledge of E-commerce product listing & optimization

* Experience in E-commerce advertising / performance marketing

* Strong understanding of ROAS, ad spend, conversions, and sales metrics

* Ability to analyze campaign performance on a daily basis

* Good Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills

* Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Should be comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of online sales and marketing performance.

Preferred Qualification

* Bachelor's degree in any stream + Digital marketing certification course

* 3–6 years of relevant experience in E-commerce & Performance Marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
