FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER – VASHISHTI

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

We are looking for a Food Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production and ensure quality, hygiene and timely dispatch of Vashishti products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily food production and production planning
- Supervise production staff and ensure productivity
- Maintain quality, hygiene, food safety & GMP standards
- Monitor raw materials, inventory and wastage
- Ensure batch records, production documentation and traceability
- Coordinate with QC, purchase and dispatch teams
- Ensure production targets and timelines are met
- Identify and resolve production issues

Experience: 3–5 years in food/FMCG production preferably in Jams, Sauces
Qualification: Food Technology / Food Science / relevant qualification preferred
Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
