- Our workspace is a dedicated back office setup in a flat at Pajifond, Margao, not a large corporate office.
- AI and automation do the heavy lifting here. One smart person with the right tools does the work of five.
- You will sit and work directly with the Founder, with no layers of managers in between.

About Us

Parshva Web Solutions is a web development and digital marketing agency based in Goa. We work with leading Indian news publishers on Google News and Discover SEO, and we build our own SaaS products, mobile apps, and AI automation systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven person who loves building things with AI tools. You will work directly with the Founder, turning ideas into working tools, automating repetitive office work, and keeping daily back office operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a fast learning curve, not a routine desk job.

Key Responsibilities

- Build internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and small web apps using AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Create and maintain automation workflows in n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Automate reports, data entry, invoicing, follow-ups, and other repetitive tasks
- Manage Google Sheets, Docs, and Excel with formulas, scripts, and integrations
- Assist the Founder directly with daily tasks, research, documentation, and project coordination
- Test, debug, and improve existing automations and tools
- Write clear documentation for every process you build

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with AI tools for coding and productivity
- Strong prompting skills and a clear, logical way of breaking down problems
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript or Python, APIs, and webhooks
- Good command of Google Workspace or MS Office
- Positive written English; Hindi is an advantage
- Fast learner who can work independently, meet deadlines, and keep work confidential

Good to Have

- Experience with n8n, WordPress, Flutter, or server and hosting basics
- A portfolio of projects, tools, or automations you have built, even personal ones
