Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for pre-owned vehicles.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable cars.
- Generate leads through calls, online enquiries, references, and walk-ins.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate with customers and close deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Experienced Candidates

- Experience in automobile sales, used-car sales, showroom sales, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of automobiles and the pre-owned car market will be an advantage.
