Job Overview

Gigatorb Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Indore.

We welcome both freshers who are looking to start their career in US IT recruitment and experienced recruiters who are looking for their next opportunity.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. Experience in US IT recruitment is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms to identify suitable candidates.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and different IT roles.
- Communicate with candidates and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely submissions and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates accurately.
- Work toward individual and team hiring targets.

Required Skills





- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Ability to understand and communicate job requirements effectively.
- Willingness to learn US IT recruitment processes and terminology.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good sourcing and follow-up skills.
- US IT Recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
