Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, prices, and available offers.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and support stock coordination.
- Keep accurate sales records and report customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Malayalam; English is an advantage.
- Previous sales experience preferred; motivated freshers may also apply.
- Positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Salary: Based on experience and interview.
