JOB DESCRIPTION – TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR Position

Transport Supervisor

Experience Required

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or related field.
- Experience in handling commercial vehicles, drivers, transporters, and day-to-day dispatch operations will be preferred.

Job Location

- Field + Office-based role.

Working Hours

- 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM, normally.
- Working hours may vary depending on workload, vehicle movement, dispatch schedules, emergencies, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities Field Operations

- Supervise and coordinate daily movement of company and hired vehicles.
- Visit field locations, loading/unloading points, factories, warehouses, and customer locations as required.
- Monitor vehicle placement, loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, suppliers, and field staff.
- Ensure vehicles report on time and trips are completed as scheduled.




- Monitor vehicle movement and resolve operational issues at the field level.
- Handle breakdowns, delays, route issues, driver problems, and other transportation-related emergencies.
- Verify loading/unloading quantities and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in transport/logistics/fleet operations.
- Should be comfortable with both field work and office work.
- Should be energetic, proactive, and willing to take responsibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and transporters effectively.
- Should be capable of handling pressure and solving problems quickly.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
