About The Murphy Studio

The Murphy Studio is a bespoke wedding invitation and stationery design studio creating personalized wedding invitations, stationery, illustrations, and design experiences for clients across India and internationally.

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Client Success Executive to manage prospective and existing client relationships, drive sales conversions, and ensure a smooth client journey from inquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming wedding inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, timelines, and preferences.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, portfolios, and relevant information.
- Maintain lead trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
- Keep clients updated on timelines, requirements, and next steps.
- Follow up for approvals, content, payments, and other required information.
- Identify opportunities for additional products/services based on client requirements.
- Maintain client records and basic sales/conversion reports.
- Address routine client queries and coordinate internally for resolutions.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing,



customer success, account management, hospitality, events, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach to client conversations.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- Interest in weddings, design, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle is an advantage.

Preferred Background-

Candidates from wedding planning, events, hospitality, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, interior design, client servicing, or premium service businesses are encouraged to apply.
