- Inspection is concerned with the routine schedule checks of the floors facilities to examine their condition and to check for needed repairs.
- diagnose and solve problems with buildings.
- Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and air conditioning system maintenance.
- Monitoring Alarms and Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules and allocate work for housekeeping, security and repairing or renovation work if any.
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
