Post : Asst. Manager/ Dy. Mgr - Accounts

Qualification : M Com / MBA – Finance / CA Inter

Exp. : 6+ Yrs

Location : Mumbai, Andheri (E) - Pickup & Drop facility

Job Profile :

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
- Coordinate closely with factories teams to ensure timely submission of MIS for production, inventory, sales, debtors, creditors and operational expenses.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage daily liquidity and fund position.
- Prepare and submit mandatory periodic reports to Banks, including drawing power (DP) calculations, stock statements, and debtor statements
- Prepare & monitor cash flow movements, and oversee accounts receivable/payable aging, etc.
- Drive the finalization of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations,



including timely filing and reconciliation of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC.
- Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing audit schedules, liaising with auditors, and resolving queries.
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

Skills :

Excellent written & verbal communication

Proficiency in Tally Prime & SAP / strong skills in Excel & PPT, etc.

Handling GST Notice

Liaising with GST/TDS authorities & Banks
