Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business leads
- Introduce our software development and IT services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams

Required Skills

✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Telecalling & Lead Generation
✔ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
✔ Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & CRM
✔ Comfortable with outbound calling
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Lead Generation is preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
