Build the HR function of a growing company!

MPES Pvt. Ltd., a growing Water & Wastewater Treatment, Waste Management & Engineering company, is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR professional to take ownership of our HR operations and help build the HR system from the ground up.

What you'll do

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for office & site teams.
- Build and manage HR systems, policies & processes.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave & employee records.
- Coordinate payroll, PF, ESI & statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations and workplace issues.
- Develop performance/KPI systems and HR reporting.
- Support manpower planning as the company expands.

What we're looking for





- 2–5 years of practical HR experience
- Strong recruitment & employee-management skills
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI & payroll
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent English & Malayalam communication
- Proactive, organised and confident
- Experience in construction, engineering, environmental services or other field-based industries is a plus
