URGENT OPENING FOR CRE FOR TELESALES ROLE (NIGHT SHIFT US process)

Experience : 0 -6 yrs

Education: HSC or Graduates

Location : Lotus House, Off Andheri Kurla Rd, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072

Compensation-

Fixed Salary + PF + Incentives + Travel Allowance + Food Coupons ( as we have canteen)

5 working days ( Monday to Friday)-Night shifts

1st shift : 7.30pm – 4.30am & 2nd shift: 8.30pm – 5.30am

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Making cold and warm calls to prospective customers based on provided or self-researched lead databases.
- Sales Pitching: Explaining product/service features and perks to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up meeting.
- Handling customer issuse: Addressing customer concerns, answering questions,



and creatively overcoming resistance to close the sale.
- Database Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of calls, lead statuses, and sale pipe line.
- Target Achievement: Working persistently to hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

IMP Note :-

There will be OJT (On Joining Training) for a 15 Days. After the OJT Clearance we'll provide you offer letter in hand
