BHMS Doctor – Couple Coordinator

Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 2 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a qualified BHMS Doctor to work as a Couple Coordinator in our healthcare/IVF team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with couples, supporting patient communication, and assisting with smooth coordination between patients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with couples throughout their treatment journey.
- Communicate appointment schedules and treatment-related information clearly.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams regarding patient visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details.
- Address patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Support patients during consultations and hospital visits.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, and follow-ups.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience.

Requirements

- BHMS qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional approach.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, or IVF/fertility setting is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
