About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the company’s accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, financial analysis, and financial controls. The role will involve working closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting and support sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage GST returns, reconciliations, tax filings, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Conduct periodic account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.




- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and control costs.
- Handle other finance and accounting responsibilities as required by management.

Requirements

- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books, MS Excel, or other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple financial activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
