Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. This internship is suitable for HR students and freshers who want practical experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying candidates for various job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and selection.
- Assist with documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.





Requirements:

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
