Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality classroom instruction aligned with CBSE curriculum & assessment guidelines
- Plan and implement effective lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities
- Prepare students for school-based and board examinations (TGT & PGT levels)
- Maintain academic records, assessments, and student progress reports
- Foster critical thinking, communication skills, and academic discipline
- Create a secure, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic reviews, and school events & initiatives
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic leadership
- Uphold child safeguarding, CBSE academic integrity, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications (Mandatory)

PRT

- Graduation with D.El.Ed / D.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of CBSE Primary teaching experience

TGT

- Graduation with B.Ed – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of CBSE Secondary teaching experience

PGT





- Postgraduate degree in relevant subject – Mandatory
- B.Ed – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of CBSE Senior Secondary teaching experience

For All Levels

- Experience teaching CBSE curriculum – Mandatory
- Strong subject knowledge and board exam familiarity
- Experienced candidates only – freshers need not apply

Preferred / Desirable Qualifications

- CTET / TET qualification
- Experience as Board Examiner / Evaluator
- Exposure to NEP-2020 aligned practices
- Experience in reputed CBSE / K-12 schools
