Job Summary:

Hi-Tech Construction is seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Manager to lead our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of site operations, bridging the gap between commercial planning, on-site execution, and client relations. You will be responsible for driving project targets, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless coordination across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Coordination: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities align with the project timeline and safety standards.
- Billing & Costing: Manage the end-to-end billing process and oversee costing work to maintain strict budget adherence and profitability.
- Commercial Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate with the commercial team to streamline procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Target Planning:



Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, and ensure all construction targets are met efficiently.
- Client Coordination & Tie-ups: Act as the primary liaison for the client, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and facilitating necessary tie-ups to keep the project moving smoothly.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong foundational knowledge of construction billing, costing, and commercial site operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills for effective client and vendor coordination.
- Ability to plan strategically and execute targets under strict deadlines.
