Key Responsibilities:
- Handle website, abandoned cart, email & “Talk to Us” leads.
- Convert high-intent leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle objections, follow-ups, upselling & cross-selling.
- Maintain CRM/lead records and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Experience: Luxury Retail / Watches / Jewellery / Fashion / E-commerce / Premium Consumer Products.
