Videographer – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality videos and photographs of properties, projects, events, and promotional activities for social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality property walkthroughs, project videos, reels, promotional videos, and photographs.
- Capture interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle features, and surrounding locations.
- Plan and execute creative shots according to project requirements.
- Operate professional cameras, gimbals, stabilizers, and other video equipment.
- Handle lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles effectively.
- Shoot content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Capture drone footage when required and coordinate with licensed drone operators where applicable.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and video editing teams.
- Suggest creative concepts, shots, angles, and video ideas for property promotions.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and backup of raw footage.
- Stay updated with the latest social media video trends and real estate content styles.
- Travel to different property sites and locations as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of professional cameras and video equipment.




- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera movements.
- Experience with gimbals, stabilizers, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
- Knowledge of basic video editing will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 1–3 years as a Videographer; real estate experience will be preferred.
- Qualification: Any graduate / diploma / certification in Photography, Videography, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates must have a portfolio/showreel of previous work.

- Good knowledge of current social media trends.
- Willing to travel to different project sites.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
