Job Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, skilled networks, and referrals.

Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Explain company information, job roles, and recruitment processes to candidates.

Follow up with candidates and provide timely application updates.

Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment activities.

Assist HR and hiring managers in making suitable hiring decisions.

Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support the organization’s overall talent acquisition activities.

Eligibility:

Age: 18 years and above

Qualification:



Minimum pursuing graduation

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

5–8: ₹3,000

9–12: ₹5,000
