- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.Review invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, finance,



and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track account performance, sales trends, margins, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and periodic management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.3–7 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
