Job Summary

Salesforce Developer is an individual that can effectively participate in all stages of the Agile development lifecycle. This includes defining the overall project, participate in planning, prioritization, development, testing, and other aspects. The primary expectation is that this individual will have an advanced knowledge of Salesforce technologies and configuration settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Salesforce ecosystem knowledge. This is a holistic view of setting and not limited to development.• Participate in all aspects of Agile project development.• Implement solutions and best practices. Provide guidance and insight to steer towards an optimized Salesforce ecosystem.• Assist with planning site creation, redesigns and updates based on best practices and business requirements.• Actively engage business partners,



IT leadership and other stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication that is in the best interest of the deliverables.• Demonstrate an elevated level of expertise related to configuration, core Salesforce development technologies. This includes APEX coding language, workflows, SOQL, Lightning and other related technologies.

Skill Requirements

Must have:

Salesforce development LWC and Aura ( 4+ yrs exp)
Service Cloud Implementation with Omni Channel.
HTML5 and CSS3 to support LWC
Outbound Integrations between SF and Legacy systems using REST/SOAP or custom API's
Agentforce AI ImplementationEinstein for ServiceOmniStudio
Participate in all aspects of Agile project developmentContributing to the CICD pipelines for SF Deployments
