QA/QC Engineer at Tekzone Industrial Construction Company ensures quality compliance across industrial construction, piping, and fabrication projects.
Inspections & Compliance: Inspect raw materials, welding activities, and fabrication work to ensure they meet project specs, codes , and standards.
Documentation & Planning: Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), review Material Test Certificates (MTC), and manage quality records Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Coordination: Coordinate with clients, production teams, and Third-Party Inspectors (TPI) for testing, approvals, and quality audits.
Experience: 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience in industrial construction, piping, pipelines, and steel/tank fabrication.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Knowledge: Robust grasp of welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT/PWHT methods, and international codes (ASME, API, AWS)
