About: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations for our US- based logistics (3PL) business. The role involves coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, and maintaining strong communication with brokers, carriers, and customers.

Job Summary: Provides processing and administrative support for our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting/billing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination

- Coordinate daily office operations and logistics documentation
- Handle internal coordination between operations, dispatch, and management
- Manage records, files, and data entry related to shipments and billing
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and verify freight bills, invoices, debit/credit notes
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely invoicing




- Coordinate with clients for billing clarifications and follow-ups
- Assist in reconciliation of billing data and payment tracking

Communication & Support

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and transport partners
- Respond to emails, calls, and routine operational queries
- Ensure smooth information flow between departments
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & billing software preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced logistics environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
