About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced 3D Art Director – Events to lead the creative and visual direction of premium and luxury experiential events, exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events, product launches, retail experiences, and immersive brand environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D event design, experiential design, spatial design, creative direction, visualization, and event execution, along with the ability to develop compelling concepts and transform brand objectives into memorable physical experiences.

The role requires a strong balance of creative vision, 3D design expertise, leadership, client presentation skills, and technical understanding of production and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall 3D creative vision and design direction for events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential projects.
- Develop innovative and commercially viable concepts for luxury and premium brand experiences.
- Translate client briefs, brand objectives, and marketing requirements into impactful 3D event environments.
- Develop creative concepts, spatial narratives, themes, mood boards, design directions, and visual languages.
- Design and oversee stages, exhibition booths, pavilions, experience zones, installations, lounges, retail spaces, and immersive environments.
- Lead the development of high-quality 3D concepts, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Create multiple creative design directions and concepts for client pitches and presentations.
- Present and explain creative concepts to clients, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and guide 3D designers, visualizers, graphic designers, and other members of the creative team.
- Review and provide creative feedback on 3D models, renders, layouts, graphics, and presentation materials.
- Ensure consistency in creative quality, design aesthetics, brand identity, and overall visual direction.
- Work closely with Client Servicing, Project Management, Production, Fabrication, and Execution teams.
- Ensure creative concepts are technically feasible, commercially viable, and practical for event execution.
- Provide creative direction during fabrication, installation, and on-site execution.
- Conduct site visits where required and ensure the original design intent is maintained during execution.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in experiential design, luxury events, architecture, technology, materials, lighting, and immersive experiences.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure all final designs meet the expected standards of premium and luxury brand experiences.

Creative & Design Responsibilities

- Conceptualize complete event environments from initial ideation to final execution.
- Develop spatial concepts based on event objectives, venue constraints, audience experience, and brand positioning.
- Create strong visual storytelling through architecture, spatial design, materials, lighting, graphics, and technology.
- Develop innovative approaches to stages, entry experiences, brand zones, photo opportunities, installations, and interactive spaces.
- Ensure every design has a strong balance between aesthetics, functionality, brand communication, and visitor experience.
- Create design systems that can be adapted across multiple event touchpoints.
- Push creative boundaries while maintaining practical execution requirements.

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the creative output of the 3D design team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level 3D designers and visualizers.
- Allocate creative responsibilities based on project requirements and team capabilities.
- Review work at different stages and provide clear creative direction.
- Maintain quality standards across all projects and deliverables.
- Encourage innovation, experimentation, and new design approaches within the team.

Client & Presentation Responsibilities

- Participate in client meetings, creative discussions, and project presentations.
- Present concepts, mood boards, 3D visuals, walkthroughs, and design narratives with confidence.
- Understand client feedback and translate it into effective design improvements.
- Defend creative concepts while remaining commercially and executionally practical.
- Collaborate with account management and business development teams during pitches and new-business opportunities.

Technical & Production Understanding

The candidate should have strong knowledge of:
