Role Overview: We are looking for a Service Technician to service our electric two-wheelers. The person will check vehicles, find problems, repair or replace faulty parts, and make sure the vehicle is working properly before handing it over to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check electric two-wheelers for service and repair.
- Find and fix problems in the vehicle. Check and repair battery, motor, controller, wiring, lights, brakes, tyres, suspension, and other parts.
- Use basic tools and testing equipment to find electrical problems. Check battery and charging-related issues.
- Check vehicle wiring and connections.
- Replace damaged or faulty parts when required.
- Carry out regular servicing and maintenance of vehicles.
- Take a test ride after repair to make sure the vehicle is working properly.




- Check vehicles before delivery and make sure they are in good condition.
- Attend to customer complaints related to vehicle issues.
- Inform the Service Lead about major or repeated vehicle problems. Keep proper records of repairs and parts replaced.
- Keep the service/work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety rules while working on electric vehicles.

Qualifications & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler or EV servicing is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in electric two-wheelers will be preferred.
- Freshers with good practical knowledge can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Should know how to use basic tools such as a multimeter, spanner, screwdriver, etc. Should be willing to learn and work hands-on.
- Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude. What We Are Looking For Hands-on and practical approach.
- Ability to understand and fix vehicle problems.
- Willingness to learn about new EV technology.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Responsible for completing service work properly and on time.
