1) Review Purchase Requisitions, BOMs, and specifications to identify exact purchase requirements of production & project team.

2) Identify and qualify new vendors capable of meeting technical, quality, and delivery standards.

3) Float RFQs, evaluate quotes on technical and commercial parameters, and negotiate favorable payment terms.

4) Issue POs, track delivery, delivery schedules, and coordinate with vendors on shipment and ensure timely delivery

5) Monitor supplier On-Time Delivery, material quality, and price trends; conduct periodic vendor reviews

6) Conducting product research and, sourcing current suppliers and vendors.

7) Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives such as alternate sourcing

8) Performing inventory inspections of stocks, and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

Coordinate with store staff to ensure proper storage of materials.

10) Utilize ERP/Tally software for PO creation, inventory management and material movements.

11) Inspecting stock / received materials and, reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately to the vendor.

12) Updating and maintaining records of all purchase orders, payments, and received stock.

13) Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.

14) Coordinate with production, project, quality, and finance teams on inputs and payments.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
