Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Marketing Executive to support sales growth, market expansion, distributor/dealer relationships, and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for FMCG products.
- Visit retailers, distributors, dealers, and market areas regularly.
- Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Promote products and ensure proper product visibility in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Collect market feedback and share reports with management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve product availability and sales.




- Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns and schemes.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local markets.
- Comfortable with field work and market visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives
Salary can be negotiated based on experience and company norms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
