A Telecaller (Hindi) handles inbound and outbound calls, provides product or service information in Hindi, and converts prospective leads into appointments or sales.

Core Responsibilities

- Call Handling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and take inbound inquiries, communicating clearly in Hindi.
- Lead Conversion: Understand customer needs, explain services, handle objections, and follow up to schedule appointments or close sales.
- Data Logging: Record call details, customer responses, and lead statuses accurately in CRM software or MS Excel.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily call quotas, conversion metrics, and quality performance standards.
