Job Description

Aira Infinity is looking for motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to support our sales and business expansion across Bihar.

The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, market visits, product explanation, follow-ups and business conversion. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely as well as visiting the market and meeting potential customers when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, direct customer interaction and other sales activities.
- Visit potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned Bihar market.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team Leader and State Sales Head.
- Maintain qualified and compliant sales practices.

Requirements

- 0–2+ years of experience in Sales,



Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Selling or Customer Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Comfortable with customer meetings and field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Smartphone and reliable internet connection required.
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Crypto, Blockchain, Web3 or Digital Technology is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Bihar market will be preferred.

Remote + Field Visits

The role is primarily remote, with field visits required for lead generation, customer meetings, business development and market expansion within the assigned location.

Compensation

₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Compensation may vary based on experience, skills and performance.
