Delivery & Pickup

- Pick up and deliver clothes from customers as per the assigned schedule.
- Handle customers' clothes carefully during pickup, transportation, and delivery.
- Verify orders, quantities, and customer details before delivery.
- Collect payments when required and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the laundry/operations team regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the delivery vehicle/bike.

Ironing & Laundry Handling

- Iron clothes carefully according to the fabric and garment type.
- Ensure clothes are wrinkle-free, properly folded, packed, and ready for delivery.
- Check garments for stains, damage, or special instructions before processing.
- Handle clothes carefully to avoid damage, burns, or mix-ups.
- Follow proper laundry, ironing, and garment-handling procedures.

Customer Service

- Interact politely and professionally with customers.
- Address basic customer queries and report complaints to the supervisor.
- Maintain a qualified appearance and courteous behaviour at all times.

Requirements





- Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence for delivery responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of local roads and areas.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing/moving for extended periods.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Previous experience in laundry, ironing, delivery, courier, housekeeping, or similar work is an advantage.
