**Job Title:** Telecaller – Personal Loans

## About the Role

We are looking for **confident and target-oriented Telecallers** to join our Personal Loan sales team.

The selected candidate will speak with potential customers over the phone, understand their loan requirements, explain personal loan options, check basic eligibility, generate leads and follow up with interested customers until the application progresses.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Understand the customer's financial/loan requirement.

* Explain personal loan products, eligibility and basic documentation.

* Identify interested and eligible customers.

* Generate and qualify personal loan leads.

* Follow up with customers regularly.

* Coordinate with the sales/operations team for further processing.

* Maintain accurate customer and call records.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/sales targets.

* Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.

## Candidate Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.





* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.

* Good English communication is preferred.

* Hindi and Kannada communication will be an advantage.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Freshers can apply.

* Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, banking, NBFC, fintech, loans or sales is preferred.
