Job Purpose

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will support children's early academic, social, emotional, physical, and communication development through age-appropriate and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Teach foundational concepts such as language, numbers, shapes, colours, general awareness, and basic life skills.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods.
- Develop children's communication, social, emotional, motor, and cognitive skills.
- Create engaging activities using stories, rhymes, music, art, crafts, games, and educational materials.
- Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor children's learning, behaviour, participation, and overall development.
- Maintain appropriate records of children's progress and classroom activities.
- Provide individual attention and support to children according to their learning needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour, sharing, cooperation, discipline, and independence.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behaviour, and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Prepare teaching-learning materials and classroom displays.
- Follow the school's curriculum, policies, safety procedures, and teaching standards.
- Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators to ensure effective learning outcomes.




- Ensure proper care and supervision of children throughout school hours.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- NTT / ECCE / Montessori / D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in pre-primary teaching is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for working with young children may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
